RETURN POLICY

Withdrawal rights

You are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without indicating the reason, of most products for 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.

Return Policy

Regardless of the right of withdrawal described above, Zeeclo's return policy allows you to return the products in case you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unworn and complete, including the instruction book.

Defective or damaged products

Defective product

You can claim that a product is defective during the two years after the date of receipt. Depending on the date of the claim and the type of product, there are several options.

Note: If your product is defective, please first consult the product documentation, eg the user guide for troubleshooting suggestions or contact Zeeclo. In accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, at Zeeclo we repair the product or change the individual parts of it.

If you cannot solve the problem with the help of the product documentation, you can notify Zeeclo within two years from the date of receipt of the product, as described below:

30 days after receipt date

You can return a defective product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order through our  Form .

Defective product: 2 years from the date of receipt

The legal guarantee lasts for 2 years from the date of receipt of the product, 6 months for batteries. Therefore, we do not accept product returns once this period of time has passed. Get in touch with our technical service through  SAT form  to resolve your issue

Product damaged during shipping

Contact Zeeclo to proceed with the incident, we will take care of everything so that the derived costs do not affect you.  

* If after processing a return, once the product is received in our warehouses we verify that it does not present any defect, we verify that the problem was the lack of knowledge on the part of the client of the use and operation of the device, in this case the client is responsible for the round trip shipping costs of the product plus the cost of time spent by the technician (€ 22 + € 20). The product will not be shipped until payment is received and verified.

ZEECLO is not responsible for damages caused​​ due to improper packaging and / or lost products.

How do we calculate the return shipping costs?

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of Zeeclo, we will bear the cost of the return. If you want to return a product without there having been any error on the part of Zeeclo. The return shipping costs are € 9.95 (VAT included). For home collections (only available for returns from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), the costs are € 9.95 (VAT included).
